Kyle Turner, PharmD

Kyle Turner, PharmD, is the Founder and CEO of TRIVI Consultants, where he works with organizations to develop leaders, strengthen teams, and navigate complex organizational challenges. A leadership consultant and facilitator, Kyle brings extensive experience helping those on the front line and organizational leaders translate insight into practical action. Before founding TRIVI, Kyle spent more than a decade as a senior consultant and trainer with Intend Health Strategies. His background also includes academic leadership at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy and clinical practice in primary care pharmacy.

Keith Keddington, PharmD, MS

Keith Keddington, PharmD, MS, is a clinical pharmacy leader specializing in medication access, health system operations, and program strategy. He currently serves as Clinical Pharmacy Manager of the Medication Assistance Program at UNC Health, where he leads a centralized team addressing complex barriers to medication access, including prior authorizations, appeals, and high-cost therapies. Keith completed a Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership Residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. He earned his PharmD from the University of Utah and an MS in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a leadership specialization from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.

Christina Kelly, MD, FAAFP, is a family physician and Associate Professor at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Christina has worked across diverse organizations throughout the United States, experiences that have shaped her commitment to collaborative leadership. She brings a systems perspective to helping organizations strengthen teams, navigate change, and meet evolving client and community needs.

Matthew Lewis, PhD, MTS

Matthew Lewis, PhD, MTS, helps organizations strengthen leadership, trust, and collaboration through narrative and relational practice. He is Director of the Relational Leadership Programs at Oregon Health & Science University and consults nationally with mission-driven organizations navigating complexity and change. Drawing on expertise in cultural psychology, narrative theory, and adaptive leadership, Matt supports leaders and teams in aligning strategy, culture, and human experience. He has taught and facilitated leadership and storytelling programs at institutions including Harvard University, Syracuse University, Emory University, and Oregon Health & Science University.

Kari Mader, MD, MPH, FAAFP

Kari Mader, MD, MPH, FAAFP, is a family physician, educator, and leader with more than a decade of experience designing leadership and organizational development programs for interdisciplinary teams. Kari currently serves as Regional Medical Director for Nest Health and is an Adjoint Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Department of Family Medicine. Her work focuses on helping organizations align strategy, culture, and care delivery to improve outcomes for clients and communities.

Paul brings more than fourteen years of experience helping organizations design and implement collaborative improvement initiatives. Known for his engaging facilitation style, he helps groups move from conversation to action by creating collaborative environments where shared goals, relationships, and practical solutions can emerge.
